Edgeley

Edgeley is a very comfortable, well-equipped three-bedroom bungalow. It is situated in a quiet, peaceful, residential area at the back of the main Cliff Road in Upper Borth. A short walk over the top of the cliff brings you down to Aberwennol Bay, a small, rocky cove - away from the main beach and ideal for a quiet picnic.

Edgeley has its own secluded, walled back garden and lawn with a paved patio area and brick-built barbecue. A picnic table and deck chairs are also provided.

Alongside the bungalow there is a large lockable garage for your car with extra space in the driveway for a second car if needed.

The bungalow is double glazed and centrally heated. It is tastefully furnished throughout and provides the following accommodation:

• A double bedroom with king-size bed, a twin bedroom and a bedroom with full size bunk beds. All bedding is provided.
• A fully fitted kitchen with larder fridge, washing machine, upright freezer, dual fuel range cooker, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is also an iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner.
• A large, airy lounge with a colour TV, DVD player and CD player. There is a ceiling fan for those hot days and on chilly evenings you can turn on the central heating.
• The bathroom/WC has a full size bath and separate shower cubicle.
